Stockpile


Mined ore kept aside prior to processing which could be used as a strategic above-ground ore reserve.

The stockpile could be used if the mine temporarily ceases producing ore.  For example, this might
occur if the processing plant has to stop due to mechanical failure, or if the mining company is awaiting
